One-day registration fees for the Practical Problems in Pediatrics are not available as all content will be available in the asynchronous on-demand course.

Fee Inclusions

  • Specialty Day – Feb 7 virtual: Registration fees include access to the virtual live sessions as well as to the asynchronous on-demand content for 3 months post-event (until May 9, 2024).
  • Practical Problems in Pediatrics – Feb 8-9 in-person: Registration fees include access to sessions in-person at the Palais des congrès, a welcome coffee, morning and afternoon health breaks, and daily lunches, as well as access to the asynchronous on-demand content available for 3 months post-event (until May 9, 2024).
  • Combo Fee – Specialty Day – Feb 7 virtual & Feb 8-9 in-person: All inclusions as listed in the two items above.
  • Lunch & Learns “Meet the Expert” – Feb 8 in-person: Fee includes access to the round table of your pre-selected choice as well as a boxed lunch.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refunds, less an administrative fee of $50 for physicians and $25 for all other categories, will be made for written cancellations received by January 7, 2024. Please note that all refunds will be issued only after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 7, 2024. Access to Specialty Day (virtual conference)

Access details for the virtual conference will be provided 24 to 48 hours prior to the event. Presentation handouts will be made available electronically at the same time.

The Specialty Day will use Zoom as its virtual platform.

Access to the Asynchronous On-demand Course (post-conference)

The Specialty Day and the Practical Problems in Pediatrics Conference will be available as an asynchronous on-demand course from February 15 to May 9, 2024. All presentations will be recorded with audio, video and screen-capture on the day of the live presentation and will be made available in a password-protected section of the event web app. Only registered participants will be able to access these recordings. Access information will be provided on February 15, 2024.
